At 42, Chef Helen has a vast restaurant experience and is the private chef of several VIP families in Mykonos, Athens and London.
Helen (Greek name «Ελένη») was born and raised by Athena, a single mother who is a chef – still-, and who inspired her and taught her the secrets of the Traditional Greek Cuisine,
After her studies at the top Greek Chef College in Salonica «La Chef Levi», Helen joined the modern kitchens of Voulgarakis Group, where she worked for fourteen years and gained major restaurant experience.
In 2021 Helen moved to Mykonos Island to become the Sous-Chef at the newly launched «Nusr-Et Steakhouse».
She worked for a whole season alongside Nusret Gökçe -better known as Salt Bae and gained a unique experience in premium meat preparation and cooking.
In 2022 she became the Head Chef of the 5* exquisite, all suites and villas Cycladic hotel, «PORTES».
In parallel, she has been working exclusively with Luxury Agencies in Mykonos like Yaloou Luxury Yachting and Mykonos Luxury.
Chef Helen has managed XL size events as well as catering for villas & yachts, in Greece and abroad.
Helen is single and declares that she will not settle unless her partner can cook better than her!
